1 sheet matzo
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 large eggs, beaten
Season with Sabatino Truffle Sea Salt
- In a large bowl of water, soak matzo for about 10 seconds
- In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Break matzo into small pieces, add to pan, and sauté until brown, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in eggs, combine with matzo and saute for about 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle Sabatino Truffle Salt on top.
