TRUFFLE HOT STEAK SAUCE BURGER
INGREDIENTS
SERVES: 4
1 lb lean ground beef
¼ cup Sabatino Truffle Hot Steak Sauce
4 slices American cheese
4 slices tomato, cut ¼ inch thick
4 slices red onion, ½ inch thick
4 hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS
• Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
• In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons Sabatino Truffle Hot Steak Sauce; set aside. Mix the ground beef with the remaining 2 tablespoons Sabatino Truffle Hot Steak Sauce. Shape beef into 4, ¾ inch thick patties. Grill patties about 5 minutes on each side. With the last remaining minute, add the slices of cheese on top of the patties to melt.
• Remove from grill and build your burger with the tomato and onion. Use the remaining Sabatino Truffle Hot Steak Sauce and mayo mixture to top your burger.
