  Ingredients 1 tablespoon Truffle Butter*, melted and cooled, plus 
1 teaspoon room temperature to brush the pan 
1 cup all-purpose flour 
1 teaspoon Truffle Salt 
2 large eggs, room temperature 
1 cup milk, room temperature Black truffle butter, to serve, optional Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. Make sure the rack is set in the middle of the oven. Place in oven to warm while preheating.

Avocado Toast with Sabatino Truffle Honey

  Serves 1 Ingredients 1 slice sourdough bread1 teaspoon unsalted butter1/2 avocado, halved and peeledSabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt, to tasteRed chili flakes, to taste1 teaspoon Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Honey Directions Lightly toast the bread. Spread 1 teaspoon butter evenly across.  Thinly slice the avocado, and arrange onto the bread. Sprinkle salt and chili flakes on top of the avocado Drizzle truffle honey on top.
