1 slice sourdough bread1 teaspoon unsalted butter1/2 avocado, halved and peeledSabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt, to tasteRed chili flakes, to taste1 teaspoon Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Honey
Lightly toast the bread. Spread 1 teaspoon butter evenly across.
Thinly slice the avocado, and arrange onto the bread.
Sprinkle salt and chili flakes on top of the avocado
Drizzle truffle honey on top.
Cut in half, and serve.
