BLOODY MARY WITH TRUFFLE SALT RIM
SERVES : 2
3 tablespoons Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt, to rim the glasses
2 celery sprigs
1. Cut lemon into 2 wedges. Use to wet the rim of glass and reserve the wedges for garnish.
2. Pour the Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt into a bowl. Take the glasses, and press the rim of the glass into the salt, lightly twisting to ensure salt fully covers rim.
3. Add ice, your favorite Bloody Mary recipe, and garnish with lemon and celery sprig.
