GREEN BEANS WITH ROSEMARY TRUFFLE SALT
1 lb green beans, stems removed
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt
1. Prepare an ice bath: large bowl filled with ice and cold water; set aside.
2. In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 3 minutes; strain in a colander. Immediately transfer to the ice bath. After 3 minutes, drain and transfer the green beans into a large bowl.
3. Sprinkle the truffle salt onto the green beans, and toss to coat.
