WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM CANAPÉS
INGREDIENTS

Mini toasts
Creamy Brie Cheese
*Sabatino Tartufi White Truffle Cream (3.2 oz)
Micro greens or sprouts
DIRECTIONS
1. Arrange the mini toasts on a cutting board or sheet pan, to prep for assembly.
2. In a squeeze bottle, or using a knife, spread or squeeze a thin layer of Brie cheese onto the mini toasts.
3. In a squeeze bottle, or using a spoon, dollop 1/4 teaspoon of the White Truffle Cream on top of the cheese.
4. Transfer toasts to the serving tray, and scatter micro greens or trimmed sprouts on top of the toasts to garnish.
* Using a spreadable, creamy Brie (similar in texture to cream cheese) will make assembly much easier!
