We are proud to say that we have a wide range of truffle products that are kosher certified. Please note that although these are kosher, they are not kosher for passover.

Here at Sabatino we pride ourselves in the many certifications that we have to offer: BRC Food certified, Non-GMO verification, USDA Organic, Halal, and Kosher. These verifications ensure that we are producing high quality products.

Why we offer Kosher products:

It  was important for us to have a kosher certification for many reasons, but most importantly, we noticed that it’s difficult to source high quality truffle products, let alone for it to also be Kosher certified. We wanted to supply the demand for kosher truffle products and help open doors to a lot of our customers seeking these types of products.

What is the process of becoming kosher certified?

The process to become kosher certified is lengthy and we continue to grow our line under a kosher certification. While not all of our products are Kosher certified, we are proud to say that we have a wide range of truffle products that are kosher certified. Please note that although these truffle products listed below are kosher, they are not kosher for passover.

Why are you not Kosher for Passover?

We process dairy ingredients in our facility and therefore cannot be considered Parev.

What does your Kosher Certification mean?

A kosher certification means we’ve been given approval by a rabbinic agency verifying that the product, the ingredients, facility, and tools adhere to the kosher law. The kosher certified symbol ensures our customers that the product is in fact kosher.

We choose to implement the kosher certification to increase our transparency and strengthen our relationships with our customers.

What products are Kosher?
